The CHOReOS partners will meet for the 5th Project Technical Committee meeting. The meeting will start with cross-presentation plenary session status report from WP2/WP3/WP4. WP1 and WP5 have plenary sessions in order to address overall architecture issues (WP1) as well as overall IDRE integration issues (WP5).

This is a key meeting where all work package will be on stage in the last lap before the first year review meeting. Most noticeable points are:

-    2nd review preparation
-    Appointment of reviewers and release date of v2 for deliverables at M12;
-    New project logo adoption;
-    New procedure for updating the official website;
-    Set the date of the rehearsal for the 2nd review (set to November, 4th);
-    Discuss the agenda of the 2nd review to be proposed to the project reviewers.
